The True Secret to Health, Weight Loss & Fitness


It seems to me that at the moment there are a large amount of miracle plans, systems and supplements. I would like to point out some simple facts If they are claiming that it works for everyone (BS not even antibiotics works for everyone) we are all different in small or big ways, how can something work the same for everyone!

Using clever marketing, buzz words or graphics :- for example KETO, ketogenic diets and supements for optimal fat loss, like its some magical cure (it's not) a calorie deficit is the only way you will lose weight. If your eat 2000cal and you're only using 1500cal a day you are not going to lose weight as you're eating 500cals more than what you have burnt, calories will increase or decrease your weight, macro nutrients will change how you look at that weight. Anything (new) dietary wise or tablet form? There is nothing new about 99.9% of the foods we eat, two of the foods in our diets are dairy - roughly 2000years and grains - roughly 500 years old, everything else has been around for quite some time so NO it's not new, and as for tablets or other supplements, if it actually worked don't you think Amazon or Google would have bought the rights to it for a few million and sold each one for a mountain of money??? Come on guys think! If it sounds too good to be true it definitely is. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle or just be fitter and healthier, live by some simple rules:- 1) be active everyday even if it's just a walk - 30mins minimum 2) drink 2liters of water a day minimum 3) eat 2-3 meals a day and no more than 200-500 calories under you maintenance calories 4) sleep about 7hours 5) don't sweat the small stuff - stress is the one thing that will effect your health more than any other 6) If using plans, make the plans fit your life not your life to fit the plan it will be a lot easier for you to stick to and consistency is the key to it all.
