I started a nutrition and exercise plan with Richard after my first kickboxing fight ,I weighed a huge 112kg , being 16 years old and having all that weight had a massive mental effect on me. I didn't want to go out the house a typical 16 yr old should be out with his friends , playing sports having fun in general but I wasn't . I was ashamed of my body and my confidence was at a low .
So In my attempt to claw back the very little control I had over myself. So I contacted Richard.
