You may return items sold and fulfilled by Animal Performance Ltd within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, you can exchange for a different size or colour. Please email us at animalperformance.com with the reason for your return and whether you require a replacement or refund. Please ensure you give us the order reference and as much detail as possible to ensure we can deal with your item as quickly as possible.
