Hi All, As I have said before I have been running for over 30 years now, with over 100 races under my belt and I have always got the best results when I have created a training plan for myself and kept a diary.
As you have probably seen there are a couple of generic beginners plans for sale on the site (£5!) which are aimed at beginners who want a 20 week plan for either a Half Marathon or Full Marathon.
However we also offer a personalised running plan service, in which, we will create a plan for you, whatever distance you are aiming at and however long you have to train for it. We will also take in your ability, condition, wait and your goals. We will monitor your progress and revise your plan at various points along you r schedule, typically every 4 weeks. You get all this for £30, honestly its well worth the investment.
